pk080 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "pk080" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated under the brand pk080 and accessible at https://pk080.ws and any associated mobile or web applications.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to pk080 and its operating entity.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the pk080 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on pk080 through which you access platform services.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money PKR funds held in your pk080 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts added to your account by pk080.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Sporting Event" refers to any real-world sporting contest — including cricket, football, and other disciplines — on which pk080 offers betting markets.
• "Services" refers collectively to all sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, and any other products offered through pk080.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk080. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any pk080 service, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions without reservation.
• You have read and accepted the pk080 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pk080 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To be eligible to register and use pk080, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of pk080 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk080 or had an account closed for Terms violations.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under the influence of substances that impair judgment.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, company, or entity.

pk080 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

You may only hold one (1) registered account on pk080. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Your date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• A valid and active mobile number (used for OTP verification).
• Your preferred deposit method details (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account).

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pk080 operates under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit:

• A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued ID.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

All KYC documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with the pk080 Privacy Policy. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation is a serious offence and will result in immediate account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — particularly your mobile number or payment method — you must update your account information promptly or notify our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk080 account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. pk080 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your pk080 account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• You must notify pk080 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pk080 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate account security. We reserve the right to suspend any account we reasonably suspect has been compromised pending a security review.

6.1 Deposits

pk080 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• pk080 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pk080 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. Additional conditions include:

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to security review.
• pk080 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• pk080 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and payouts on pk080 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk080 does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR-denominated transactions.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on pk080 — including cricket, football, and other available markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk080 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (manifest error), pk080 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the staked amount to your balance.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold defined in our sport-specific rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per day. These limits are set at pk080's sole discretion and may change without prior notice.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability. pk080 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

All live casino and slot game outcomes on pk080 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by real-world dealer outcomes in the case of live dealer tables. The following applies:

• All games display their theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds.
• Past outcomes have no influence on future results. pk080 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit to any player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per game round are displayed within the game interface.

7.3 Monster Crash & Instant Games

Instant games including Monster Crash operate on provably fair or RNG-certified mechanics. Game rules specific to each instant game title are available within the game interface. General platform betting rules apply in addition to game-specific rules.

pk080 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pk080 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account with no residual value.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse of the promotional system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of a system error — will be voided along with all winnings derived from such bonuses, and the account may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk080 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a self-excluded player.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity corruption.
• Using pk080 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the pk080 platform without written authorisation.
• Conducting any activity that causes harm to, or disrupts the normal operation of, the pk080 platform or its other users.

All content on the pk080 platform — including but not limited to the pk080 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk080 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk080 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the pk080 platform without prior written consent from pk080.

pk080 takes responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been active on the platform for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the pk080 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk080 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following types of loss or damage arising from your use of the platform:

• Any loss resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, network interruptions, or system maintenance, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome data.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk080's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

pk080 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates correctly at all times, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your pk080 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures and subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements. Accounts with no balance and no pending activity will be closed within five business days of a verified closure request.

13.2 Termination by pk080

pk080 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Violation of the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 9.
• Any other reason pk080 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other users.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, pk080 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, the balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

pk080 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk080 will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pk080 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure as described in Section 13.1.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk080 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute procedure, you agree to first contact pk080 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. pk080 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's player dispute resolution process.
